I would consider the Republican Party a viable alternative if they would only:

Stop waging phony wars for Oil & support Arab dissidents instead of their dictators   2 votes - 13 %
Dismantle & disavow the unconstitutional "Police State" they've built since 9/11   6 votes - 40 %
Streamline the Income Tax by ending loopholes and subsidies for the corporate rich   1 vote - 6 %
Take money from the bureaucrats (based on performance) instead of the working poor (based on initiative)   0 votes - 0 %
Support green energy entrepreneurs and technology over obsolete oil & coal industries   2 votes - 13 %
Tax corporate and personal debt instead of savings and investments   0 votes - 0 %
Privatize water, sewage & landfills to stop rampant Municipal air, water, and soil pollution   0 votes - 0 %
Support human rights where it clearly counts (i.e.Tibet, Burma, Sudan) instead of in murky quagmires (Iraq, Bosnia, Chechnia)   1 vote - 6 %
Homestead enough unused federal land to End Homelessness in America within 5 years   0 votes - 0 %
Endow surplus NASA Centers and DoE National Laboratories to become tuition-free National Universities   0 votes - 0 %
Allow 'alternative medicine' to compete on an even footing with corporate (HMO/AMA/FDA) medicine   0 votes - 0 %
Leave 'marriage' to the churches to define - any church - and get the government out of the wedding business entirely   1 vote - 6 %
